SpaceLink is looking to expand its sales force and we are seeking a high energy, self-motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing, dynamic team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling leads from our database, setting appointments, and maintaining our lead and prospect systems.  SpaceLink’s ideal candidate is a positive, highly organized critical thinker, capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers, possesses technological acumen and has a history of providing support and collaboration to fellow team members.   • Actively manage leads through the Inside Sales process to set new qualified appointments
  • Obtain new qualified appointments through warm and cold calls to generate
  • Establish positive long-term client relations
  • Actively participates in Weekly Sales Meetings
  • Participate in Inside Sales Training and Sales Support Group
  • Ensure all documentation and playbooks are properly maintained and updated in a timely manner
  • Other duties as needed for success


  • Prior Business to Business Inside Sales experience
  • Strong presentation and phone skills
  • Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation
  • Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through s
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive preferred
